Helping Families
Find Resolution & Peace

Client Success With Family Law Matters

Relocation
Agreement Success

A mother seeking to relocate out of state with her child reached out to us for help modifying her custody agreement. We worked closely with both parents to find common ground, ultimately crafting a new parenting schedule that met the child’s needs and maintained the father’s involvement. With the court’s approval, the mother was able to move, and both parents now co-parent peacefully across state lines.

Support
Enforcement Success

A father came to us struggling with unpaid child support and limited access to his children. We advocated for a fair child support order based on updated income and filed for a parenting time modification. After successful mediation, both parents agreed on a revised schedule and payment plan. Today, the father is consistently present in his children’s lives and current on all support.

Paternity
Resolution Success

An unmarried couple needed help establishing paternity and setting up a clear custody arrangement. We guided them through the legal process, secured a DNA test, and negotiated a balanced parenting plan through mediation. Now, both parents share joint legal custody and work together to support their child’s well-being.
